Suggestive holiday home in the 50's style with a wonderful view of the Gulf of Tigullio and the promontory of Portofino, immersed in the palm trees and pines of its park, located less than 1 km from the first beaches and the center of Rapallo. Here you are in one of the most enchanting areas of Liguria, with a continuous succession of villages and places among the most renowned and visited in the world. Rapallo with its center can be easily reached on foot, while Santa Margherita and Portofino are just 10 minutes away by car. The characteristic seaside village of Camogli, that still today preserves the origins of the typical fishing village, can be reached in less than 20 minutes by car along the panoramic road "La Ruta di Camogli" from which you can admire a charming landscape. The area offers countless activities: from Camogli you can go discovering by sea the San Fruttuoso abbey, set in a bay that seems enchanted. Those who love the sea depths should not miss an immersion to the Christ of the Abyss and the Grotta dei Gamberi, while for trekking lovers there are plenty of trails, including the path from Camogli to Punta Chiappa or San Rocco or the walk leading from Rapallo to Portofino, passing along the sea via Santa Margherita and then arriving on the paths in the park of Portofino. Genoa with its center and aquarium is less than 35 km from here, while the Cinque Terre, for those wishing to go further, can be easily reached by train from Rapallo. The house is accessed via an external staircase that passes through the private (terraced) park. The ground floor of the house is used by the property as a warehouse.

    “Das Haus ist sehr schön am Hang gelegen, mit einem weiten Blick bis auf die Bucht von Portofino. Es ist überall Stein bzw. Parkettboden und die Möbel sind ansprechend. Das Haus war sauber und auch mit kleinen Kindern konnten wir dort gut bleiben. Negativ ist der hohe Gaspreis für die Heizung.”

    “Sehr schöne, große, saubere und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit traumhaften Blick aufs Meer. Wir waren mit fünf Erwachsenen und zwei Kleinkindern Ende März dort. Es war ausreichend Platz, drinnen und draußen hatten die Kinder die Möglichkeit, sich auszutoben und den Garten zu erkunden. Für das Auto stand eine Garage zur Verfügung. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder Urlaub machen!”
