The comfortable holiday apartment on the ground floor is barrier-free, except for two small steps at the front door and the terrace. It was renovated just recently and charmingly decorated. It has two spacious bedrooms for four people, and two further people can sleep on movable armchair beds in the bedroom or in the living room. The cosy living room is the central place for dining, television and sociable gatherings. Cooking is fun in the big kitchen with the latest electrical appliances.

The kitchen opens onto the sunny terrace with an adjoining garden on the south side of the house.

You will be residing in a comfortable and detached residential house in a Bavarian country house style, at the heart of the Chiemgau, in a sunny location. You can enjoy the unique mountain landscape between Chiemsee and the Chiemgau Alps, with a lovely panoramic mountain view and an impressive mountain backdrop with Geigelstein and Breitenstein. In the Upper Achen Valley you will find restorative peace and quiet in fresh, healthy mountain air and a temperature high mountain climate. There are thermal baths in BadEndorf, with one of the strongest iodine thermal brine sources in Europe, ensuring your well-being. Let yourself be enchanted by the farmhouses adorned with flowers and Bavarian cosiness. Whether as a couple or as a family, Schleching offers a lot to see and do, with sports for an active holiday. There are hiking trails and cross-country skiing trails nearby. Let’s not forget the tasty and well-priced Bavarian cuisine in and around Schleching, interesting for dumpling fans and those who would like to be. There are shopping facilities nearby.

    “Leider ist das Haus komplett vernachlässigt. Es ist so zugewachsen, dass keine Sonne mehr hinein darf. Schade!!”

    “Dies ist eine pauschale Bewertung die absolut nicht den Tatsachen entspricht. Das einzige Fenster vor dem ein Baum steht ist das Küchenfenster und dies ist auch auf dem Foto zu erkennen. Derartige Bewertungen werden meistens bei schlechtem Wetter abgegeben für das man uns nicht verantwortlich machen kann.”

    “Die Einrichtung ist altbacken. Die Terrasse ist sehr ungepflegt. In der Küche, die gut Ausgestattet ist, fehlt die Deckenlampe so das es einfach zu dunkel ist zum kochen.
    Fernseher sehr alt (Röhre) und schlecht zu bedienen.
    WLAN sehr gut. Viel platz in allen Räumen. Betten durch gelegen.”

    “Die Einrichtung ist nicht "altbacken" sondern es handelt sich um hochwertige klassische Möbelstücke, die auf den Fotos bereits zu sehen sind. Interior ist Geschmackssache! In der Küche "fehlt" keine Deckenleuchte sondern diese wurde von einem vorhergehenden Feriengast aus Versehen beschädigt und konnte leider nicht kurzfristig ausgetauscht werden. Im Übrigen verfügt die Küche über eine Beleuchtung der Arbeitsfläche. Das Fernsehgerät ist zwar nicht modern funktioniert aber einwandfrei. Die Matratzen sind neuwertig und nicht durchgelegen. Die Terrasse wird in regelmäßigen Abständen von Unkraut befreit.”
