The complex is in close proximity to the beach of Es Trenc.The maximum occupancy is six people (four adults and two children) per holiday home. This modern terrace house has high-quality furnishings. A spacious and light-filled living-dining area with direct access to the terrace/garden, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a separate guest toilet and storage room are available. The modern kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, large fridge with separate freezer compartment, oven, Ceran hob, coffee machine, toaster, electric hand mixer and washing machine. Further amenities include satellite TV, an ironing board, iron and tea towels.A roofed and open terrace, as well as a private roof terrace with a sea view are available. There is also a small private garden and a very large communal swimming pool (including children's pool). The residential complex has a very spacious pool area.Free WLAN access for all tenants is available throughout the whole complex. Upon request, children’s or extra beds can be provided.The semi-detached house in Sa Rapita (Campos municipality) is just 2 km from the beautiful sandy beach of Es Trenc. You can reach the popular natural sandy beach of Es Trenc and the surrounding golf courses of Son Antem, Son Gual and Maioris in a few minutes by car.

    “Im groß und ganze hat uns das Objekt sehr gut gefallen, das Haushälfte hat alles da was man für Urlaub braucht, gut eingerichtet bis auf der Lärm vom Restaurant nebenan! Mansche Nächte ging es bis 3:00 Uhr in der früh! Positiv: Das Haus, die Anlage. Negativ: Der Lärmpegel vom Restaurant und von mansche Tage vom Gäste !! Das Haus ist leider sehr Hellhörig gebaut .”

    “Lage, Ausstattung sehr gut. Etwas mehr Möglichkeiten zum Unterbringen der Wäsche wären toll. Ameisen mitunter in der Küche, Ameisenfalle wäre gut. Kleiner Vorrat an Küchenrollen, Toilettenpapier und Geschirrspültabs in Abhängigkeit der Aufenthaltsdauer wären schön.”

    “Schönes, sauberes Ferienhaus in gepflegter Anlage. Die Einrichtung und die Ausstattung entsprach der Beschreibung. Bei unserer Ankunft, waren viele nützliche Dinge wie z.B Seife in jedem Bad,Toilettenpapier und Spülmittel vorhanden. Im Kühlschrank standen 2 Flaschen Wasser, Apfelsaft,Orangensaft und eine Flasche Wein. Die Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eventuelle Probleme im Haus werden von einem Hausmeister schnell behoben. Einziger Nachteil ist die Entfernung zum Ortskern, ohne Auto ist man aufgeschmissen. Es gibt einen Brötchenservice, den wir aber nicht ausprobiert haben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier richtig.”
