This Andalusian style townhouse is set in beautiful tropical gardens with a large communal swimming pool within a gated urbanisation. The pool has a separate section for small children. There is also a tennis club with several courts opposite the house, and three golf courses are within walking distance from the property.

The townhouse offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them en suite, as well as one toilet downstairs. There is a large through-lounge with sofas, dining room table plus a double breakfast bar. The brand new kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge/freezer, oven, hob, double sink, microwave oven, and washing machine. It has a private patio at the back overlooking the tennis courts. Small balconies lead from each bedroom. This accommodation also comes with a brand new, silent air conditioning in every room. There is an orange tree in the front garden producing very tasty fruit.

There is a large supermarket (with a carpark), a coffee bar, and a bank at the entrance to the Bel Air urbanisation. Bel Air is situated at 15 minutes from Estepona, 20 minutes from the world famous port of Puerto Banus and only 45 minutes from Malaga Airport.

    “The house is set in a gated complex with well-maintained gardens and a nice swimming pool, where the children could play. The house had good facilities including an easy to use washing machine, toaster, microwave, freezer etc. Although the house presented as clean (sinks, wash basins, toilets etc), there was a lot of dust in areas that were less obvious (dust on shelves and down the side of the beds etc). There was a nice cosy area with sofas and a TV. The third bedroom is a really small single, with a large wardrobe taking up a lot of the space. The beds in the other bedrooms are double which makes it more difficult for two people sharing. We would have preferred single beds. There is a nice play area for children in walking distance. The complex is rather noisy with a lot of dogs barking, especially early evening. A car is advisable as it is quite a long walk to the beach, crossing over the main road and although the house is well serviced for supermarkets (Supersol, Lidl and Mercadona, if you are carrying heavy shopping, it is too far to walk. There is not much choice of local restaurants and beach bars within walking distance but the Italian (de Marios) over the other side of the motorway was amazing. If you’re looking for a secluded self-catering property where most of your time is spent driving to visit other Spanish towns, using the pool, and cooking meals in the house, this is a very adequate property.
