This half of a charming house built around 1789 awaits you in the heart of the charming village of Saint-Alvère. The enclosed courtyard, bordered by a quiet footpath, has a swimming pool and a terrace in the shade of a hundred-year-old lime tree. The property has a wood-burning stove and a sauna, and each bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet. The lively village has many small stores, a tourist office and a very popular Monday market. The location is an ideal base for visiting the many attractions of the Périgord Noir and the Dordogne Valley.
