The charming country house Pujol den Miquel that is set on a hillside, enjoys a peaceful location with magnificent open views of the central Mallorca with the mountains in the distance. The house that counts with total privacy is set in a small group of three houses.




Pujol den Miquel is a wonderful comfortable country house full of natural light that has been completely restored with beautiful traditional rustic design. Outside has an original façade partially clad with rural stone and inside counts with ceilings with traditional beams. From the luminous double-height entrance hall we reach the open living room kitchen area. The kitchen area that is well equipped counts with a dinner table. The comfortable living room has access to the front patio and pool area. The ground floor also offers a twin bedroom and a separate shower room close by. From the hall a stairs with a nicely designed iron handrails take to the upper floor where there are two bedrooms. A spacious double bedroom and a twin bedroom that share a separated bathroom with an overhead shower.

    “Die Finca liegt auf einem kleinen Hügel mit einem traumhaften Weitblick. Es gibt zwei Nachbarn. Links steht auch eine Finca, bekommt man aber wenig mit.
    Leider war in unserer Urlaubszeit auf dem rechten Grundstück ein Hund (alleine) der abends und früh morgens nur am Bellen war. Für Frühschläfer / Langschläfer sicherlich nervig.

    Das Haus verfügt über genug Sonnenliegen und vor allem Platz zum Entspannen. Der Pool ist super und groß genug. Die Finca ist allgemein in einem guten Zustand, jedoch eher altmodisch eingerichtet. Elektrogeräte wie z.B. Waschmaschiene, Toaster, Kaffemaschiene, sind zwar funktionsfähig, aber schon etwas älter.
    Im Innenhof steht ein großer Tisch mit Stühlen und Sonenschirm (6. Personen). Hierzu hätten wir uns Auflagen/Sitzkissen gewünscht, denn irgendwann tat das Sitzen weh.
    Der Grillplatz verfügt über ein mega großen Tisch mit Bänken wo wir oft gegrillt und gegessen haben.

    Die Betten im Haus sind sehr hart, da ist aber unser Empfinden...
    Die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher wurden innerhalb unserer 10 Tagen 1x gewechselt und die Dame war sehr nett. Der Pool wurde 2x gesäubert.
    Es gibt drei Wäscheleinen um seine Wäsche aufzuhängen, jedoch leider im Schatten, demnach dauert es einige Tage bis sie trocken ist. Da hätten wir uns ein zusätzlichen Wäscheständer gewünscht um die Wäsche in der Sonne schneller zu trocknen.
    Die Küche ist mit allem ausgetattet, genug Gläser (Wein, Sekt usw.) genug Besteck, Grillzangen, Töpfe, Pfannen, Schüsseln.
    Ein wichtiger Hinweis, was auch im Haus auf einem Zettel steht: keine Lebensmittel offen in der Küche stehen lassen, denn sonst heisst es "Angriff der Ameisen" !!
    Selbst wenn etwas auf den Boden fällt, am besten gleich aufwischen.
    Das ist aber sicher ein generelles Problem im Süden und in einer Finca.

    Den Sonnenuntergang von der Finca zu beobachten ist traumhaft und die Beleuchtung im Innenhof einfach toll und einzeln bedienbar.
    Es kommen natürlich auch Geckos zu Besuch (im Hof), die natürlich absolut nichts machen.

    Die Schlüsselübergabe und die Abgabe sind einfach nur TOP geregelt.
    Wir hatten 1x ein Lichtproblem im Hof, was sofort nach einem Anruf geregelt wurde, GROßES LOB dazu.

    Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und auch mein Patenkind hatte sehr viel Spaß.”

    “Om du vill bo på landet och du har tillgång till en bil kan jag varmt rekommendera detta hus. Avskilt läge, vacker natur och lätt att ta bilen in till Felanitx som är den närmsta orten. Huset var rymligt och välstädat. Köket var utrustat med det nödvändigaste. Tomten var perfekt med en härlig pool som sköttes av en man som kom några gånger/vecka.”
