Two independent holiday apartments in an excellent location, ideal for acquainted families to spend a holiday together


These are two holiday apartments in a detached, family-run apartment building outside Brunnen by Lake Lucerne. They are quietly situated, surrounded by meadows and trees, in an elevated location, with a view over the locality and the mountains. It is to the south of Zurich at the heart of Switzerland.

The holiday apartments, completed as recently as May 2013, are one above the other on the ground floor and on the first floor and are identically equipped. They are completely independent and can be booked separately. When booked together they are ideal for two acquainted families or for a group of up to eight people to spend a holiday together. Each apartment can accommodate up to four people in a bedroom and in the living room with a double sofa bed. The ground-floor apartment (atraveo no. 856340) has a private terrace, and the apartment upstairs (atraveo no. 856337) has access to a balcony with a fabulous view.

There is a free parking space on site, as well as a roofed parking space.

Children will enjoy the child-friendly farm with cows, cats and goats nearby. It is 3km to the village centre by the lake, with shops and restaurants awaiting your visit. There are also a range of leisure facilities nearby, from public grill areas by the lake to minigolf courses, a go-carting alley and a boat jetty. The natural surroundings are ideal for hiking and mountain biking trips. The Vita circuit is just 500 metres away. There is a leisure park 5.5km away. It is possible to go on a day trip to Zurich about 60km away.

Ground-floor holiday apartment with a private terrace, ideal for two adults and two children

This holiday apartment with a modern interior is ideal for a relaxing holiday. It has a bedroom with a double bed, an open living room with a sofa bed and an integrated kitchen unit, and a bathroom with a glass shower cubicle, WC, washbasin and hairdryer. The bedroom has a double bed and a bedside table with a reading lamp. You can store your luggage in a red wardrobe and on space-saving shelves. A little hallway leads past the bedroom and the bathroom opposite to the open living room. On the left there is an integrated kitchen unit, with everything you need for self-catering, such as a fridge, a hob and an oven, a toaster, a kettle and plenty of crockery. A Nespresso coffee machine provides you with freshly brewed coffee and espresso at the touch of a button. On the other side of the room there are a coffee table, a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a sofa bed for a third and fourth guest, with a large flatscreen TV in front of it with satellite channels for entertainment in the evening. A cot is available on request. You can use the wireless Internet connection free of charge.

The terrace provides a comfortable wicker lounge suite. Garden furniture, a grill and a dining table enable an unforgettable grill evening, with a fabulous view of the green landscape, the mountains and the locality. Within the house there is a guest storage room for bicycles, skis and a pram. There is a free car parking space on site. A roofed parking space can also be ensured on request.
