This cottage with a small, secure swimming pool (70cm deep) is a true paradise for children. Monieux is a small village located on the foothills of the Nesque Gorges surrounded by up to 200 metre high cliffs that must definitely be explored - be it by car through the beautiful country road or on foot. In addition to historic heritage dating back to the 12th century, the village has a beautiful lake with adjacent picnic area and many facilities for children. You also have an opportunity to visit a lavender distillery. It is just 6 km from Sault, a health resort that is at an altitude of 776 metres, and which appears on the World Heritage List of UNESCO. A celebration is held every year on 15 August in adoration of the small popular flower Mauve, which occurs in the region in large numbers. Monieux on the edge of the Monts de Vaucluse is an ideal location for biking and has hiking trails as well.

    “Günstiges Haus in ruhiger Lage (quasi ohne Nachbarn). Das Haus ist zwar alt aber sehr gut gepflegt, einige Geräte in der Küche sind neuwertig. Pool ist klein aber perfekt zum Erfrischen bei den provencalischen Sommertemperaturen. Grundsätzlich: What you see is what you get: kleines, ordentliches Haus zum günstigen Preis.”

    “Die Lage ist wunderschön, großer Garten, Natur pur, auch mit Hunden gut. Sie stören nicht, allerdings ist das Grundstück nicht umzäunt. Das Haus ist einfach eingerichtet aber sauber, allerdings sehr kühl wenn nicht grade eine große hitze Periode ansteht. Sonst ist SAT TV da, Küche ist ok, das Bad ist alt, eine separate Dusche wäre zu empfehlen, und auch mehr Steckdosen!! Sonst haben wir uns wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.”
