This holiday house with its own pool is in the little village of Loborika in a quiet neighbourhood. It is ideal for guests seeking peace and quiet and relaxation.
The elegantly decorated, one-storey house provides 120m² of living space and can accommodate seven people. It has a bathroom with a massage bath and three bedrooms. There is also a separate toilet. Two bedrooms each have two single beds (90x 190cm). The third bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200cm). One of the rooms with single beds also has a supplementary bed available. One bedroom has air conditioning. The living room, also with air conditioning, as well as a fireplace, provides a dining area and a comfortable sofa suite in front of the flatscreen TV. The modern, built-in kitchen is fully equipped. A games room, where you can play darts or table football, will keep you entertained. The house has heating and a free Internet connection.
The garden has a 21m² pool with convenient steps into it. You can relax on the four deckchairs provided and enjoy sunbathing. An outdoor grill is available. There is a small playground for children to play in, with a trampoline and a swing. Two parking spaces are available in the courtyard.
The owners do maintenance work on the pool every two to three days. Bicycles can be hired at a supplementary cost. About 50 metres of the road leading to the house are not asphalted.
It is 100 metres to the nearest grocery shop. You can visit the town of Pula just a few kilometres away and explore the traces of antiquity. You should also go on a trip to the islands of Brijuni National Park.
