This cosy townhouse awaits you in the heart of the charming town of Assens. It is not only close to the beautiful beach, but is centrally located near restaurants, shops and other attractions. The house dates back to the 19th century and has undergone several renovations. It is located next to the oldest house in Assens, which was built in the 16th century. The rooms of this typical terraced house are spread over three floors. The house has retained its original steep stairs. The kitchen and the bathroom are located on the ground floor with access to the cosy courtyard on the western side. In the courtyard you can enjoy a cosy barbecue. On the first floor there are two adjoining living rooms. The master bedroom is located on the topmost floor and offers an interesting view over the rooftops of the houses and the Little Belt. Internet access is provided throughout the house. The beach is located within walking distance of the house.
