This apartment enjoys sea and mountain views (panoramic) and boasts a conservatory, four terraces and three floors (130 m² of living space without terraces). It is located in a beautiful enclosed resort (fenced), approx. five kilometres away from Estepona.
The apartment has four terraces and communal outdoor swimming pools (no private pools). The large roof terrace overlooks the golf course and offers a stunning panoramic view over the sea and mountains. Here, you can enjoy the sunny hours until the sun sets. The neighbouring golf club has a wellness area (for a charge): sauna, large fitness centre, steam bath, whirlpool and an indoor salt water swimming pool. The resort’s restaurant offers breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The five-room apartment features three marble bathrooms, a living-/dining area, and three bedrooms on its top floor. The first floor hosts the kitchen which is equipped with a large fridge/freezer combination, ceran cooktop, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, mini oven, electric kettle, a kitchen table and chairs. The apartment has hot/cold air conditioning (two a/c units for downstairs and upstairs). On the first floor you will also find the living-/dining area, the marble guest toilet and WLAN. The top floor features the three bedrooms (two with a double bed and one with a single bed). An extra bed for one guest/mattress is available upon request. One bathroom has a marble shower and the other is equipped with a marble bathtub. This is a non-smoking apartment, pets are not allowed.

Within walking distance: the sea, mountains, golf, an ideal location for hiking/running, swimming in the pool and in the sea, mountain climbing. The apartment is only 25 km away from Marbella, Gibraltar is 35 km away. The resort is set in the hilly countryside, in a very quiet holiday location. Approx. two to five kilometres away you will find several gorgeous, clean and secluded sandy beaches, and there are nice tourist beaches in Estepona (five km).
