This lovely cottage is located at the foot of the Biokovo Nature Park. On the first floor there are kitchen, living room as well as bathroom and on the upper floor, connected with an interior staircase, you will find three bedrooms and another bathroom. From the living room you can get to the large terrace, where you will also find the swimming pool and barbecue. Enjoy the beautiful view of the Dalmatian islands and the town of Tucepi from the balcony. The worth seeing town Makarska is only about 5km away from your vacation home. Bathing fun is also promised by the beautiful pebble beaches 2 km away. There is an activity room in the basement. Relax with a game of darts, foosball or PS4.

    “Ein sehr schönes, modernes und wertig ausgestattetes Haus. Zustand sehr gut Sauberkeit sehr gut. Großzügige Mengen an Bettwäsche, Handtücher. Extrem hilfsbereite und zuvorkommende Besitzer. Internet nicht immer stabil, da die Leitung über Mobilfunk lief. Für Kleinkinder nicht geeignet, da das Haus in einem Hang gebaut ist und zu einer Seite des Pools geht es ohne Sicherheitsabtrennung metertief runter. Die Parkplatzsituation war immer wieder schwierig, da der Parkplatz immer wieder von Dritten genutzt wurde und auch nicht als reserviert gekennzeichnet ist. Der Blick von den Terrassen oder aus dem Pool auf das Bergmassiv und auf die Bucht ist wunderschön, so dass man tolle Sonnenuntergänge genießen kann. Preis und Leistung absolut gut. Das Haus ist über die schmalen Straßen in Hanglage mit einem großen Wagen (SUV) nicht leicht zu erreichen und liegt in einem Wohnviertel in dem auch weitere Häuser gebaut oder renoviert werden. Durch das Krähen eines Hahns, das Bellen eines Hundes (jede Nacht!) und das ausgiebige Läuten der Glocken der Kirche morgens um 06:00 Uhr haben wir nicht eine Nacht durch- oder ausgeschlafen! Ansonsten hätten wir dem Objekt eine Topnote gegeben.”
