This holiday house is in a quiet residential area on a road with little traffic.
The house was built in 2014. You can use the wireless Internet connection free of charge throughout the house. All the rooms, apart from the kitchen, have two-way air conditioning units, which can be used for both cooling and heating. The house also has an integrated vacuum cleaner system. The holiday house affords a beautiful view of the Serra de Monchique, mountains in the west of the Algarve.
The 140m² basement level has a garage where up to five cars can be parked, as well as a room that can be used as a bedroom. It has a bed 160cm wide with bedside tables and a wardrobe. The 100m² ground floor of the holiday house has a living room with a dining space. The living room has a big leather sofa and a 140cm-wide flatscreen TV and a DVD player. There is a dining table for up to eight people. The kitchen has a stove, a microwave, a dishwasher and washing machine, a big fridge with a freezer compartment and many accessories for eight people, along with a coffee machine, toaster, pots and pans. The first floor has a bedroom with a double bed 160cm wide, and a second bedroom with two single beds 90cm wide. Both bedrooms have big wardrobes. There are three bathrooms each with a shower and WC, as well as a hairdryer. There is also a separate guest WC.
The first-floor bedroom (bed with 160 cm) opens onto an unfurnished terrace. There is also a second terrace without garden furniture on the first floor. There is a roof terrace on the second floor, with solar panels. By the private swimming pool there are three designer deckchairs, as well as three PVC deckchairs. Relax on the terrace with garden furniture, comprising a garden table and six chairs, a three-seater garden sofa, two outdoor armchairs and a little table. The pool is surrounded by a little garden. A barbecue is available for leisurely grill evenings after a day by the pool. The site is enclosed and therefore suitable for children.
You can walk to get bread and rolls in the morning. There are other shops about 600 metres from the holiday house, where you can find a big shopping centre, boutiques and supermarkets such as Jumbo. The Praia da Rocha beach is about 1.5km from the holiday house and is accessed via steps or a ramp. This facilitates access for example with pushchairs. The centre and the harbour of Portimao with restaurants, cafés and a bar is about 800 metres away. The big, roofed weekly market, held every day between 8.00 and 14.00, is also about 800 metres from the holiday house. There is a disco about a kilometre away.The house is not suited for parties. The ages of the fellow passengers have to be given when booking.
