Holiday House in Pula with Private Pool

This spacious 220m² holiday villa is a little outside of the historical town of Pula on the southern tip of the sunny Istrian peninsula and is an ideal starting point for experiencing the historical sights and attractions of the town and the long beaches along the coast.Newly renovated (2010), enclosed holiday villa with an automatic entrance gate, a newly built (2018) private pool complete with whirlpool, a grill area on the roofed terrace and an indoor fitness and games room

The holiday villa was newly built in 1998 and was completely renovated fairly recently in 2017, and equipped accordingly with all the latest amenities for a comfortable stay, including an automatic entrance gate, for your privacy and safety. The two floors provide a light living and dining room, a separate and fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, three highly modern bathrooms, a laundry room and a fitness room. The air-conditioned (cool/warm) living room has three comfortable sofas, two armchairs, a digital flatscreen TV mounted to the wall with cable and satellite channels, a USB port and a DVD player. You go through to a dining space with a table and ten chairs. The separate kitchen has a further dining space for leisurely holiday breakfasts, a dishwasher, a four-zone gas stove with an elegant stainless steel extractor fan, an electric oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. Two of the four bedrooms have a big double bed, the third has a double bed and a single bed (80 x 200cm), as well as a second digital flatscreen TV and DVD player, and the fourth has been renewed and and has a 140x200 bed. The owners renovated the interior of the house in 2019 and air conditioning is now available in 3 bedrooms, so that there are a total of 4 air conditioning units in the house. One of the sofas in the living room can be converted into an additional bed for a further adult or two children. Of the three lightly tiled daylight bathrooms, one has a bath with a shower attachment and the other two have a spacious shower cubicle, all with wide washbasins with cupboards underneath, wall mirrors, hairdryers, scales and toilets. The laundry room with a washing machine, ironing board, iron and vacuum cleaner is also convenient. Children will enjoy the table football and table tennis table in the separate leisure room on the ground floor, whilst adults can work out on the fitness equipment. Two cots are available as two feeding chairs and there is free and reliable wireless Internet access in the holiday villa.

The living room opens onto the roofed terrace with a grill, dining table with six chairs and a view of the pool, which is surrounded with plenty of sun loungers. At the beginning of 2018, the swimming pool was newly built. It measures 8m x 4m and is 1.5 m deep. If you arrive by car, then there are three secure parking spaces beyond the driveway with a remote-control gate.

Your holiday villa is about 1km from the historical centre of the town of Pula with its many sights, colourful markets, shops and a good range of cafés and restaurants. It is about 5km to the fishing village of Fasana with its romantic harbour. The nearest shopping facilities are only about 300 metres away, as are the nearest cafés and restaurants.
