Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC (private). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 185 cm). Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC, double hand-basin. Air-conditioning, forced-air heating. Terrace 18 m2. Terrace furniture. Panoramic view of the sea and the port. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free).     “Super Lage mit bester Aussicht auf Sport- und Fischerhafen. Einige Teile der Wohnung sind schon in die Jahre gekommen und würden sicher eine Renovierung begrüßen (Küche, Bäder), sind aber noch okay. Kurze Wege zum Strand (ca. 500m), Supermarkt (ca. 100 m), zahlreiche Restaurants im Gebäudekomplex bzw. direkt am Hafen (im Blickfeld). Eigener Tiefgaragenplatz (und damit im Schatten und kühl!!) inbegriffen.”
