    “Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca. 3 km, wo man alles findet. Im Ort selber nur kleinere Geschäfte. Lido Fiori ist deshalb schön, weil nicht so überfüllt mit Massentourismus.”

    “Die Siedlung Lido Fiori an sich war Mitte Mai noch recht unbelebt und lud von Aussehen und Atmosphäre nicht gerade zu Spaziergängen ein. Toll war das Strandlokal Salisa, sehr empfehlenswert, tolle Fischgerichte, guter Wein, Meeresfrüchte, deutschsprachiger Kellner Nino. Der Ort Menfi war nicht sehr ansprechend. Wir sind nur zum Einkaufen hin und haben eine Weile gebraucht, um Supermärkte zu finden. Nur mit Mietwagen zu empfehlen. Viele schöne Ausflugsziele in ca. 30 bis 60 Minuten Fahrt zu erreichen. Z.B. Selinunte oder die Therme Aqua Pia, Erice u.v.m. Der Strand war super toll und im Mai angenehm leer, wir brauchten Sonnen- und Windschutz, der teilweise noch frisch war. Das Meer war schon so warm, dass man Baden konnte, wenn man nicht allzu empfindlich ist. Wasser und Strand sauber, wenig Müll.”
