    “Niedaleko od budynku znajdują się dwie restauracje. Schodząc lub zjeżdżając do miejscowości można znaleźć więcej restauracji. W samym Camaiore znajduje się supermarket, w którym można dokonać większych zakupów.
    Z racji tego, że budynek jest wbudowany w skałę jest w nim duża ilość schodów do pokonania - zarówno do ogrodu jak i do budynku.
    Położenie budynku jest świetną baza wypadową do pieszych wycieczek górskich jak i idealnym miejscem dla osób wspinających się.”
